Junior marked the film debut of Kireeti Reddy, who impressed one and all with his acting prowess and amazing dancing skills. The family drama has been streaming on Amazon Prime Video, Aha, and OTTplay Premium in Telugu for the past few weeks.

Junior Malayalam and Tamil streaming update

The Kannada version was released on NammaFlix, but fans from Tamil and Malayalam regions were waiting to know when Junior would be available in their languages. As per the latest update, Junior is now available for streaming in Malayalam and Tamil on Amazon Prime Video from October 28, 2025.

Though the OTT release was delayed, the film has finally landed in these languages, making fans happy. Sreeleela played the female lead in Junior which also marked the comeback of Genelia Deshmukh to Telugu cinema after a long gap. She played Kireeti Reddy's sister in the film and gave a solid performance.

On the other hand, though the film was promoted aggressively, Junior did not perform well in theatres. However, on OTT, Junior has done well, clocking millions of streaming minutes already. Now that the film is available in all South Indian languages, it remains to be seen how many more views it garners.

Devi Sri Prasad composed some super-hit music for this emotional family drama. Meanwhile, Kireeti Reddy is yet to sign his second film, and it will be interesting to see which director he collaborates with next.
