K-Ramp box office Day 9: Kiran Abbavaram's film sees a sudden rise in the second week. The occupancy has seen a stark rise with solid weekend numbers.

K-Ramp is Kiran Abbavaram's new film that started with mixed word of mouth. All the attention was on the other release, Telusu Kada, which also hit the screens around the same time.

But as the Siddhu Jonnalagadda starrer disappointed one and all, K-Ramp hit the bull’s eye and slowly started seeing growth in occupancy. Once the Diwali hungama faded out, K-Ramp came out with flying colors.

The second-week collections are quite impressive as K-Ramp made Rs 3.5 crore on Saturday, and the same continued on Sunday as the film made Rs 3.4 crore, as per the tracking portal Sacnilk. With this, the total collections of the film have reached Rs 19 crore net worldwide, which is a very impressive number.

Making this kind of a money for a medium-budget film is huge, and Kiran Abbavaram has once again proved that he is here to stay. One of the main reasons for the film’s success is the entertainment factor. Though the film had a routine story, the manner in which it entertained the masses paved the way for massive success.

One of the song bits from the film, where Kiran dances to Kumar Sanu's yesteryear song “Idemitamma Maya Maya,” has gone viral on social media, and many reels are being made. This gave the film solid hype, and the weekend collections reflect the same.

Jains Nani has directed the film, which had Yukti Thareja as the female lead. K-Ramp was also in the news as the producer Razesh Danda slammed all the critics openly for demeaning his film as “cheap.”
