Set in the 2000s, Kasaragod Embassy follows two youngsters Azi and Chemmu who get involved in the making of fake passports. Anything that is printed on paper, from certificates to passports, can be forged with the duplicate surpassing the original, claims a woman in the recently released trailer. We see the cops are also tracking the criminal activities, convinced that such an illegal activity cannot happen in Kasaragod, the northern Kerala district, without outside help. Even as they delve deeper into the crime, we are introduced to more villains. The series promises to give us an insider view of the happenings of both the illegal racket and the police probe.
Kasaragod Embassy features Abu Salim, Govind Pai and Kabir Duhan Singh of Marco fame in lead roles. Sudheesh, Deepak Parambol, Rony David, Dinesh Prabhakar and Aparna Sreekuty are also part of the cast. Heeraj PH is the writer, while Ratheesh Vega is the music director.
On the other hand, the Malayalam film Prakambanam dropped on Zee5 on March 13 night. The horror comedy film revolves around the spooky experience of three youngsters.
Another Malayalam film Sukran also dropped on Sun NXT on Friday. Both films are available for OTTplay Premium subscribers as well.
