The eagerly anticipated second season of Kerala Crime Files directed by Ahammed Khabeer, will soon be available for streaming. The sequel will drop on JioHotstar on the coming Friday (June 20).

Kerala Crime Files 2 OTT release in Telugu and Hindi

It has been confirmed that starting at 12 am on June 20, the web series will be available on the popular OTT platform. It will stream in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, and Marathi in addition to Malayalam. The online series' first season, which is also available on JioHotstar, was a big hit, which raised anticipation among film enthusiasts for the sequel. The other Malayalam web series available for streaming on this platform are Love Under Construction, Masterpeace, 1000+ Babies and Nagendran's Honeymoons.

What is Kerala Crime Files Season 2 all about?

The most recent trailer for the web series shows viewers the intricate probe into a crime in which CPO Ambili Raju is the main suspect. He is clearly on the run, and the investigation team is investigating what happened under the supervision of S.I. Noble.

In the preview, Lal's character is shown offering advice to Arjun Radhakrishnan, who portrays a police officer who is initially assigned to Law & Order. CPO Ambili Raju is the primary suspect, as evidenced by the discovery of a cell phone at the crime scene that had his blood smear on it. The officers are frantically searching for the truth about Ambili Raju as he is a competent police officer with a wide range of contacts at different levels according to his colleagues. The true account of this incident will be revealed in the web series.

Indrans, Harisree Ashokan, Jeo Baby, Noorin Shereef, Shibla Fara, Navas Vallikunnu, and Sanju Sanichen are among the main characters in the sequel, along with Arjun Radhakrishnan. The screenplay for the second season was written by Bahul Ramesh, who also wrote the scripts for Asif Ali's highly regarded films, including Kishkinda Kaandam and Innale Vare.
