Kho Gaye Hum Kahan: Kalki Koechlin to be seen in a romantic relationship with Siddhant Chaturvedi

Known for her unconventional looks and choice of films, Kalki Koechlin’s latest movie Goldfish - also starring Deepti Naval and Rajit Kapoor - was recently screened at the New York Indian Film Festival. Next, she will be seen in director Arjun Varain Singh’s Kho Gaye Hum Kahan - starring Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday and Adarsh Gourav. Dubbed a movie that explores the various facets of friendship, this project is backed by Reema Kagti, Zoya Akhtar, Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, together with Excel Entertainment.

In an exclusive with Bombay Times Kalki - who is known for movies and series like Dev D, That Girl In Yellow Boots, Shaitan, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Shanghai, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Margarita With A Straw, A Death In The Gunj, Gully Boy and Made in Heaven - said, “Kho Gaye Hum Kahan will see me in a romantic relationship with Siddhant Chaturvedi.” Previously, Kalki and Siddhant were seen together in the latter’s debut film, Gully Boy. Siddhant will be sharing screen space with Ananya again. Earlier, they were featured together in Gehraiyaan.

Meanwhile, directed by Pushan Kripalani, Goldfish is set in London, and it deals with memory and identity. The movie had its World Premiere at the 2023 Busan International Film Festival. Goldfish is scheduled to hit the theatres in July this year. In the film, Kalki plays the role of Anamika, a half-Indian half-English woman, who returns home to the UK to deal with her mother’s dementia.

Cut to Kho Gaye Hum Kahan it is said to be a “digital age story of three friends in Mumbai”. The teaser of the upcoming film was released in 2021. Sharing it on his Instagram feed, Siddhant wrote, “When you have to disconnect to connect.. #KhoGayeHumKahan”. The movie is expected to release later this year. More details about the plot and characters are awaited.
