Actor Adarsh Gourav will be seen next in Arjun Varain Singh’s upcoming directorial project, Kho Gaye Hum Kahan. The actor will be seen alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday in the film. Adarsh plays a callisthenics trainer in the film, which required him to go through a physical transformation.

A source close to the film's production revealed that Adarsh immersed himself in a stringent fitness regimen to accurately depict the subtleties of his character. According to insiders, director Zoya Akhtar envisioned not just exceptional acting skills from the actor but also a physique that resonates with the character.

Speaking about his preparation for the role, Adarsh underwent intense training and gained a profound understanding of the discipline to authentically portray the essence of the movements.
