After opening with Rs 1.85 crore as per Sacnilk, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 witnessed a constant dip in its numbers and struggled to even compete with the opening day of its first installment (Rs 10.20 crore). In eleven days of its theatrical release, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 managed to earn only Rs 11.9 crore.

The makers of the comedy and romance drama allegedly blamed fewer screens and availability of seats for its low collection and praised the film’s humour and light-hearted comedy for the entertainment. They also announced that the movie will now be re-released shortly in January. “Even with limited screens, Kapil Sharma’s Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 managed to make audiences laugh, entertain, and relive the franchise’s charm with its light-hearted comedy and situational humor. Keeping the ongoing excitement of the fans in mind, Producer Mr. Ratan Jain has decided to re-release the film once again in January 2026,” the statement read.

Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar, with a star-studded ensemble of Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, and others, is among the highest-grossing Hindi films of 2025. The action thriller earned a historic collection of Rs 647.50 crore in India (as per Sacnilk) as it defeated Jawan, Saiyaara, Kalki, and many other top films.
