As per the latest trade update from the tracking portal Sacnilk, the horror comedy passed the Monday test with flying colours as it made ₹2 crore on a working day, which is quite impressive, keeping Bellamkonda Sreenivas’s market in mind and heavy competition from Mirai. If not, Kishkindhapuri would have made even more money at the box office.

Made under a budget of ₹20 crore, the film is already in the safe zone. The special aspect is that the horror comedy presented in a new way has been liked by the audience. Anupama Parameswaran played the female lead in this film, and she finally scored a hit after Paradha, where she played her career’s best role.

Kishkindhapuri was directed by Kaushik, who last made Chaavu Kaburu Challaga, which ended as a big flop at the box office.
