Latest Kannada OTT releases (January 26 to February 1, 2026) Here is the list of what you can stream on various digital platforms or watch in theatres this week.

After the deluge of Kannada films in theatres and on OTT last week – Landlord, Cult, 45 and Mark – this week there are a bunch of lesser-known theatrical releases, while on OTT, it’s mostly about the dubbed titles. From a hit Malayalam film to a flopped Tamil Pongal release, there are several options on OTT.

Written and directed by Raghu Bhat, Nimagondu Sihi Suddi was an early 2025 theatrical release. The film is Raghu’s adaptation of the 2007 Hindi film Hey Baby, with the filmmaker playing the lead character, Arjun Hebbar, a hot and happening chef. A Casanova with no intention to settle down, Arjun ends up saddled with a baby and a surgical scar along his abdomen. What happened to Arjun? Whose baby is it? These are some of the questions that come up in Nimagondu Sihi Suddi. Kavya Shetty, Harini Sreekanth, Prajwal and Sujay Shastry are also on the cast.

Karthi’s action comedy, which released in theatres for Pongal is OTT bound only 2 weeks later. Written and directed by Nalan Kumaraswamy, the Tamil original film also stars Krithi Shetty, Rajkiran, Sathyaraj, Nizhalgal Ravi, Anandaraj, Shilpa Manjunath, among many others. Karthi played a cop, Ramu, who was raised by his grandfather on the ideals espoused by the late MGR, including justice, compassion, discipline, and service to the common people. Vaa Vaathiyaar will stream with Kannada audio too.

The Christmas release, Sarvam Maya, starring Nivin Pauly in the lead, was the year-ender hit for the Malayalam film industry. A simple supernatural comedy, written and directed by Akhil Sathyan, the film follows Nivin’s character Prabhendu, an atheist and aspiring musician from a traditional Brahmin priest family, and his encounter with a friendly ghost, Delulu (Riya Shibu). How Delulu helps Prabhendu mend his relationship with his father, while also figuring out who she was and why she’s stuck to him. Also starring Aju Varghese in a pivotal role, the Malayalam original film will have Kannada audio option too.

Roshan Meka’s period sports drama, directed by Pradeep Advaitham, is about a talented footballer from Secunderabad amid India’s struggle for Independence. The film marked Malayalam actress Anaswara Rajan’s Telugu debut. Also starring Prakash Raj, Kay Kay Menon, Murali Sharma, Nandamuri Kalyana Chakravathry, Ranvir Shorey, among others, the Telugu original drama will have Kannada audio option.

Writer-director Sutan Gowda presents a coming-of-age tale that follows two young brothers, Kundeshi and Kosudi, from a struggling farming family. What happens when Kundeshi looses track of the family’s cow, after taking it out to graze in the neighbourhood forms the crux of the narrative. The film stars Malatesh HV, Abhay S, Master Shayan and Master Vedic Kaushal.

The general notion is that he much-delayed Bhimoos Bang Bang Kids has been rechristened Raktha Kashmira. But director SV Rajendra Singh Babu claims that it is not and that what he is finally set to release is a different film altogether. Well, it is a claim that no one’s buying into, given that the poster of the film feature much younger versions of the lead cast, Upendra and Ramya. The filmmaker had earlier planned to release the film alongside Upendra’s UI in 2024, but didn’t eventually. It is now theatre bound this week.
