After the action-packed Salaar, Prabhas entered the spooky world of horror comedy with The Raja Saab. Though fans were expecting an out-and-out entertainer from Prabhas, the film completely missed the mark. The Maruthi directorial also featured three female leads Nidhhi Agerwal, Malavika Mohanan and Riddhi Kumar, along with Hindi actor Sanjay Dutt. Despite the star cast, The Raja Saab turned out to be a huge disappointment. The film revolves around Ramu, who sets out to find his grandfather and ends up in a haunted mansion.

Parasakthi got a solo release after Vijay’s movie Jana Nayagan had to opt out of Pongal 2026 race. Sivakarthikeyan played the lead role in this film, which delved into the anti-Hindi agitations in Tamil Nadu. Sudha Kongara directed the film, which also featured Ravi Mohan and Sreeleela in other key roles. The Tamil political film could not fully take advantage of Jana Nayagan’s absence, and ended up as average fare.

Nari Nari Naduma Murari

Young actor Sharwanand leads this Telugu romantic-comedy film as Gautham, who is in love with Nithya. Though Nithya’s father objects to their marriage first, he agrees. But he puts forth a condition that it should be a court marriage. Now, Gautham refuses to comply. What is the reason for his resistance is narrated with a good dose of humour in director Ram Abbaraju’s film. Sakshi Vaidya and Samyuktha play the female leads.

Psych Siddhartha

OTT Release date: February 4, 2026

Where to watch: Aha, OTTplay Premium

After a failed relationship, Siddhartha meets Shravya who also had a broken marriage. Just when they connect, their past catches up with them. Actor Shree Nandu played the lead role and was appreciated for his performance, but the film’s narrative was termed as uneven and the movie failed to click at the box office. Varun Reddy directed the film.
