"I was apprehensive at first. I kept on citing my challenges to Lokesh Kanagaraj sir and he understood my concerns. I had expressed from day one that I didn't know Tamil. He gave me the time to ease in, so I was quite comfortable on the sets. And hence, it was easy to work in the film."

The actor also stated that he had a clean-shaven look and that he played the elder brother to Eyal (daughter of actor Arjunan of Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Eppadi and Vaaiyai Moodi Pesavum fame). Eyal was seen posing along with Vijay and Trisha in the flight as they headed to their schedule in Kashmir.
