Initially planned as a direct OTT release, the makers of Little Hearts changed their decision at the last minute and released the comedy in theatres on September 5, 2025. Right from the first day itself, there was good word of mouth, and this escalated into solid numbers. Little Hearts has already crossed ₹40 crore at the box office and is in no mood to slow down.

On the other hand, since the last few days, there has been a snap going around that Little Hearts will be out on ETV Winf on October 2, 2025, as a Dasara special. We at OTTplay had already revealed that the makers are planning to delay the OTT release as the film is doing exceptionally well in the theatres.

As reported, the platform slammed the news stating that Little Hearts will not come out on October 2, 2025. Mouli, who made a good start to his career with #90s plays the main lead in this film, which also has Shivani Nagaram of Ambajipeta Marriage as the female lead. The lead pair's chemistry is one of the highlights of the film.

Directed by Sai, Little Hearts is the story of two students who join long-term coaching to clear their subjects, how they fall in love, how their parents reject their relationship, and how they end up becoming one, is showcased in a hilarious manner.
