Director Tamizharasan Pachamuthu, who made a smashing debut with the 2024 Tamil film Lubber Pandhu, is speculated to collaborate with actor Dhanush for his next. While an announcement official is yet to be made, the director spoke about working for a star and the scripting process for his next.

In a conversation with YouTube channel MPower By Maathevan, Tamizharasan Pachamuthu who helmed Lubber Pandhu, was asked about his next project and if it is a story that he had written before. "No, it is something after I met the director and discussed with him," he said.

Tamizharasan Pachamuthu was also asked about his writing process after his first film became critically and commercially successful. To this he said, "All I have in my mind is that I am doing a story for fans. They are the primary customers, but that apart, it will be a film for everyone as well. There is no pressure but when I am writing, I am keeping him in mind. It also is pushing my writing limits and it is little harder." The young filmmaker added that he is extra cautious because people will have a lot more expectations now and he cannot cut slack.

While Tamizharasan did not confirm openly that he is teaming up with Dhanush, reports say that the Lubber Pandhu filmmaker is soon to helm a project for the star.
