Madhuvidhu release date: Sharaf U Dheen-Kalyani Nair's film to hit the big screen soon

It was earlier reported that the family entertainer will be released during Valentines' Day 2026. The makers have now dropped a poster announcing that Madhuvidhu will premiere on February 6.

The makers of the upcoming Malayalam film, Madhuvidhu, have confirmed its theatrical release date today (January 10). It has been revealed that the romantic comedy, starring Sharaf U Dheen, will hit the big screen in February.

It was earlier reported that the family entertainer will be release during Valentines' Day 2026. The makers have now dropped a poster announcing that the movie will premiere on February 6. Rajesh Madhavan's directorial debut film, Pennum Porattum, will also release on the same date.

Vishnu Aravind is the director of Madhuvidhu. In this film, Kalyani Panicker, the daughter of famous actress Bindu Panicker, will make her acting debut. She is also an influencer on social media and a dancer. Other prominent actors in the film include Jagadish, Azees Nedumangad, Saikumar, Sreejaya, Amal Jose, and Sanju Madhu. Bibin Mohan and Jai Vishnu wrote the film, which is backed by Sarkeet's producers. The film's soundtrack was composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab, who became well-known for his work in a number of popular Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam films. When the movie's first look poster was first revealed, audiences responded well to it on social media.

In a recent interview with OTTplay, the actor had revealed that he is a part of the 2026 films - Mollywood Times and an Amal Neerad project. His other upcoming film is It's a Medical Miracle, which also stars Premalu-fame Sangeeth Prathap in a lead role.
