As if treating his fans to his motion poster from Siddharth Anand's upcoming directorial Pathaan wasn't enough, Shah Rukh Khan got candid with his fans in an Instagram live #AskSRK session. Pathaan has him paired opposite Deepika Padukone along with John Abraham in the film.

During his #AskSRK session, one of his many fans asked him about the thing he finds best about his look in Pathaan. The actor responded by saying that he loves the hair he has in the film as he feels long hair looks cool in an action film. He shared that it was during the time when we all were off from work due to COVID and he was mostly sitting at home. He shared that he's always had the desire to grow his hair long, in order to see if they'd grow, as he's never done it before.

Shah Rukh shared that while he loves the hair, quite a few times he and Deepika Padukone ended up having the same hairdo in a scene. "The only weird thing about the whole hair look was that many a times, Deepika and I had the same hairstyle in the scene."

He also added that perhaps in his three-decade-long career, it was the first time that he had to discuss hairstyles with his actress in order to avoid copying it. "This is perhaps the for the first time in a movie that I've had to discuss with my co-actress - what hairstyles are you having - so that I don't copy the same," he said during the live session.

The Pathaan actor further revealed that now that he's cut his hair short, he's begun to miss his long mane. "I miss it now. I miss the fact that I've cut my hair. It did take about a year and a half to grow. So hopefully when we make part two of Pathaan if you all like part one of Pathaan, then I'll grow it back," he concluded.

While Pathaan has been slated to release on January 25, 2023, Shah Rukh also has Atlee's Jawaan and Rajkummar Hirani's Dunki up his sleeve. The actor will also be seen in a cameo appearance in Ranbir Kapoor's upcoming mythological thriller titled Brahmastra. Shah Rukh also confirmed his cameo in Salman Khan's Tiger 3.
