Written and directed by Vikarnan Ashok in his directorial debut, Mask is a gripping heist thriller that revolves around Velu (played by Kavin), a shrewd and money-driven private sleuth whose working style hides morally questionable choices. However, his life takes a different turn for the worse when he gets involved in a high-stakes pursuit involving a mysterious masked gang, powerful forces operating behind charitable fronts, and secrets that threaten to upend multiple lives. With Andrea playing the antagonist, Mask is about how Velu is forced to confront not just the truth behind the crime, but also the cost of his own actions. Mask marks the first collaboration between Andrea and Kavin.
