"All I can say now is that the sequel will also have similar themes in addition to social commentary," he said. Regarding the film's performances, the director said that he was somewhat taken aback by some of them during production, such as Divya Prabha's portrayal of Advocate Destimona, Niranj Maniyanpilla Raju's monologue during the court scene, Sreenath Babu's portrayal of Amber, and Rajisha Vijayan's overall performance as Frida Soman.

'Was Rajisha Vijayan your first choice as Frida Soman?'

The producer of Purusha Pretham disclosed that Niranj was the one who recommended Rajisha Vijayan for the role of Frida. "I watched her films, especially Madhura Manohara Moham, which demonstrates her ability to handle humour," he stated. According to Krishand, the actress is a dedicated performer who goes above and beyond to portray a role. He said, "She absorbed all the eccentricities of Frida, portraying quick expressions and discovering the nuance required for her performance as the character."

In a previous interview with OTTplay, Krishand stated that Rajisha's special dance sequence was intended to spark discussion about the movie or about those who have preconceived notions about actresses. Every one of the movie's materials has something to do with eyeball culture in our society.
