Filmed during the second lockdown, the film was repeatedly postponed by the makers for unclear reasons. The movie will finally hit theatres on December 25 alongside Shane Nigam's Haal and Nivin Pauly's much anticipated horror comedy flick, Sarvam Maya.

Unni Mukundan is portraying Sanal and his wife Leena is played by Aparna Balamurali. A worried Leena chastises Sanal for failing to tell her about his injury at the beginning of the trailer. Before they ultimately choose to register their marriage without informing their relatives, we see a few adorable moments involving the couple. The teaser concludes with scenes of flooding in Kerala, where Leena is left waiting for Sanal to return while he becomes stuck at some place.
