With the festive season already in, various films have hit theatres. While all these films will be running in big screens for a while, it will soon come on OTT next month. On that note, here are some notable Tamil films that will be heading to OTT in November.

Idli Kadai – Netflix

Idli Kadai, the Dhanush starrer rural drama, marks the fourth directorial of the actor. The film revolves around a young man who aspires to pursue his dreams and set out to study and work, leaving his village life. However, circumstances force the man to come back to his village and take up running his father’s idly eatery. The cast of Idli Kadai includes Rajkiran, Nithya Menen, Arun Vijay, Shalini Pandey, Sathyaraj, Samuthirakani, Parthiban and others. Idli Kadai’s post-theatrical streaming rights have been bagged by Netflix.

Dude – Netflix

Dude is a romantic entertainer starring Pradeep Ranganathan and Mamitha Baiju in the lead roles. Helmed by debutant Keerthiswaran, Dude revolves around two cousins and childhood bet friends, who face unrecruited love from each other at different points, leading them into taking eccentric and wacky choices regarding marriage and pregnancy. Senior actors Rohini, Sarathkumar and others are also part of the film.

Bison – Netflix

Bison is a sports drama from director Mari Selvaraj. The film stars Dhruv Vikram as Kittan, an aspiring kabaddi player who wants to represent his country in world competition. Bison is loosely inspired from the life of Manathi Ganesan, and explores the societal oppression and discrimination sportsperson face. Actors Lal, Ameer, Pasupathy, Anupama Parameswaran, Rajisha Vijayan and others are part of the film.

Diesel – TBD

Diesel is an action drama which explores the crude oil mafia and crime syndicate working around it. Headlined by Harish Kalyan, the film is written and directed by Shanmugam Muthusamy. It also features Athulyaa Ravi, Vinay Rai, Sai Kumar, Ananya, Karunaas, Bose Venkat, Ramesh Tilak, Kaali Venkat, Vivek Prasanna, Sachin Kedhekar, Zakir Husain, Thangadurai, Maaran, KPY Dheena, Apoorva Singh and others. With music by Dhibu Ninan Thomas and cinematography by MS Prabhu, Richard M Nathan, San Lokesh has edited it.

Aaryan – Netflix

Aaryan is crime thriller film which stars Vishnu Vishal in the lead role. The upcoming film will also have Shraddha Srinath and Selvaraghavan playing important roles. Directed by Praveen, the film will have Vishnu Vishal play a cop who is trying to solve a serial killer case.
