The film has officially gone on floors. But reports online claim that Malayalam actor Prithviraj Sukumaran is also part of the cast.

Bloody Romeo with Nani begins

Telugu star Nani has officially confirmed his next project with Sugeet after The Paradise. The new film, Bloody Romance, began on an auspicious note with a pooja ceremony. Sugeet will be directing the Telugu film, which the online trackers have been saying could be a December 2026 release. The name of actor-director Prithiraj Sukumaran is also doing the rounds in connection with Bloody Romeo. But both the release window and Prithivraj’s casting have not been confirmed officially.

Nani also attended the pooja ceremony, which was held on October 2, 2025. The film could be a mix of action and comedy with plenty of twists to keep the audience hooked to the plot. More details on the cast and crew are expected to be revealed in the coming days.

Sujeeth’s OG success

Sujeeth struck gold with OG or ‘They Call Him OG’ which stars actor-politician Pawan Kalyan in the lead role. The film, which released in theatres on September 25, has already crossed Rs 150 crore at the box office as per trade tracker Sacn ilk. The film will stream on Netflix after its theatrical run.
