Nobody 2 OTT release date in India: Bob Odenkirk returns as Hutch Mansell to flaunt his assassin skills, while being on a vacation with family!

Bob Odenkirk from Nobody 2
Bob Odenkirk returned as Hutch Mansell for a second round of smash-and-bash fun in Nobody 2, the surprising sequel to his 2021 action entertainer. The original flick already showed how a boring suburban dad could actually turn into a super-swift assassin. While Nobody was a little shocker for Bob Odenkirk fans since he mostly appeared in calm and composed characters, the sequel is a lot louder and filled with bloodshed. Nobody 2 was released in theatres in August. Those who missed the movie in cinemas can watch it on JioHotstar this month in India.

The sequel is coming to JioHotstar (accessible via OTTplay Premium) on December 22, 2025. Nobody 2 grossed $41 million at the worldwide box office, according to Box Office Mojo, while it collected Rs 2.27 crore from India, as per Sacnilk.
While Bob Odenkirk returned as Hutch Mansell, the lethal assassin, Connie Nielsen returned as Hutch's wife Becca, and Christopher Lloyd as Hutch's father David. Other returning cast members include RZA, Colin Salmon, Gage Munroe and Paisley Cadorath.
In the sequel, Hutch Mansell is still juggling his double life as an exhausted husband-father and a skilled assassin. His wife Becca has reached a breaking point, while his children, Brady and Sammy, barely give him attention and find him unfunny. Before everything falls apart, Hutch takes a break from his assassin work and goes on a nostalgic vacation with family to an amusement park called Plummerville.
However, his work doesn't leave him alone for once! At the very vacation, he clashes with a sheriff, a ruthless crime boss, and a local gang, all that turn the family gateway into a chaotic war zone involving kidnapped kids, an unexpected hand-to-hand fight at the park, all while Hutch still needs to pay the $30 million debt that followed from the first flick.
Back in May, before the sequel's theatrical release, DiscussingFilm spoke to Bob Odenkirk about the movie. The actor stated that Nobody 2 is heavily inspired by Hong Kong's classic action style, especially Jackie Chan's movies. Bob said that the carnival game fight, using the things in the arcade and then the duck boat fight, all those sequences he considered Jackie Chan-style fighting.
Even the Mr Show actor revealed that he agreed to do the Nobody franchise because Jackie Chan's Police Story (1985) inspired him, and he always wanted to do something similar to the Hong Kong actor and replicate his moves as much as possible.
