OG locks teaser date: Here's when the new promo of Pawan Kalyan's biggie will be out

OG is Pawan Kalyan's long-pending film, the shoot for which has been completed. Sujeeth of Sahoo fame has directed this film, which is in the post-production stage.

Pawan Kalyan is away from films as he is now the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and is busy with his political career. He did not allot dates for his recent films, and they kept getting postponed time and again. Now Pawan Kalyan has taken some time off and has wrapped up two pending films and is currently shooting for an action drama titled Ustad Bhagath Singh.

Among all the films, OG is one of the most anticipated films of Pawan Kalyan. One of the major reasons is that Pawan Kalyan will be seen in the role of a powerful gangster, and Saaho fame Sujeeth has directed the film. Just a few days ago, Pawan Kalyan wrapped up his part of the shoot and has also completed dubbing for the film.

Now, the latest update is that the makers have locked the teaser date of the film. One of the sources close to the unit has revealed to us that the teaser of OG will be out on August 15, 2025, as an Independence Day special. Emraan Hashmi, the Bollywood star, will be seen in the role of the main villain. Priya Arul Mohan is playing the female lead in this film, which has music by Thaman.

So far, a small teaser related to Pawan Kalyan’s character was unveiled months ago. Now, the actual teaser of the film will be released to please fans. OG is all set to hit the screens on September 25, 2025, and there is terrific buzz for the film. But before this film, Pawan Kalyan’s yet another biggie, Hari Hara Veera Mallu Part 1, will hit the screens on July 24, 2025. Jyothi Krishna has directed this film, which is a period drama, and Nidhi Agerwal plays the female lead.

Once this film releases, the makers will shift their focus to OG. Sujeeth had directed Saaho in the past with Prabhas, which was a decent fare at the box office. But how he has showcased Pawan Kalyan in the last teaser has won the hearts of many. So, Pawan Kalyan fans are eagerly looking forward to seeing what OG is all about.
