Joe Manganiello is Crocodile aka Mr. 0
Crocodile, also recognized as Mr. 0 of Baroque Works in the One Piece Universe, is going to play a pivotal role with his introduction to the Universe. His character is so pivotal that he is the only one who got Luffy closer to dying early on in the story. This itself speaks volumes about what the story and the actor will have to offer in the upcoming series.
Lera Abova is Miss All Sunday (same rank as Crocodile despite differential treatment) – later recognized as Nico Robin
Awdo Awdo is Mr. 1
Daisy Head is Ms. Doublefinger
Cole Escola is Mr. 2 aka Bon Kurei, better known as Bon-chan
A flamboyant character, Bon-chan is someone you need to watch out for. He has an arc in the anime that does not fit into the ideal definition of "Baroque Works," but leaves behind a memory to be cherished.
David Dastmalchian is Mr. 3
Sophia Anne Caruso is Ms. Goldenweek
Camrus Johnson is Mr. 5
Jazzara Jaslyn is Ms. Valentine
Daniel Lasker as Mr. 9
Charithra Chandran is Ms. Wednesday
Mr. 4, Ms. Merry Christmas, Mr. 6, Ms. Mother’s Day, Mr. 7, Ms. Father’s Day, Mr. 8, Ms. Monday, Mr. 10, Ms. Tuesday, Mr. 11, Ms. Thursday, Mr. 12, Ms. Saturday, Mr. 13 and Ms. Friday are some Baroque Works’ crew whose names are not yet announced. It is to be noted that Luffy and his team beats all of them as the leader of the pirate ship – Sunny – heads out for an intense face-off with Crocodile aka the Arabasta arc’s ultimate villain.
Actress Mikaela Hoover, remembered for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, voices Chopper and is the inspiration behind the cute version of Chopper. Meanwhile, stunt performer Gavin Gomes has been chosen for the transformed giant version of Dr. Tony Tony Chopper. He, too, will become an important part of Luffy’s pirate crew.
Interestingly, Brook is also likely to be revealed with the season. Reports suggest that Martial T. Batchamen will be playing the character in the live action this season. Of course, this means that Laboon's story will also be explored this season, and you're not ready for it!
One Piece brings back the OG team of Iñaki Godoy as Monkey D. Luffy, Mackenyu as skilled swordsman Roronoa Zoro, Jacob Romero Gibson as the ever-fearful Usopp who aims to become the most fearless pirate to be born and Taz Skylar as the 'hentai' masterchef. While they are part of Luffy's pirate crew, Jeff Ward and Morgan Davies will return as the pirate Buggy the Clown, and Koby as the marine who is Luffy's nemesis.
