Oo Torture Prema: Sunny Madala debuts with an unusual romantic drama

Oo Torture Prema marks the Telugu debut of Sunny Madala, son of Madala Ravi and grandson of revolutionary filmmaker Madala Ranga Rao.

Madala Ravi is a very popular actor and has also made multiple films. He is the son of Madala Ranga Rao, a visionary filmmaker in the 80s. Well, the latest update is that the third-generation actor from the Madala family, Sunny Madala, is all set to make his Tollywood debut soon.

Sunny Madala makes his Tollywood debut

The film was announced on February 4 and has been titled Oo Torture Prema. With the first-look posters, the makers have also revealed that Mounika Dakoju is playing the female lead in this film. She looks quite elegant in white and is also making her Telugu debut with this film, which is a romantic drama with a crazy backdrop.

Sunny Madala looks dejected in the poster. The hero appears to be going through a lot of stress in his relationship, clearly hinting at why the makers have named the film Oo Torture Prema.

The previous two generations of the Madala family have made only revolutionary films in the past, but Sunny Madala has chosen a love story as his debut, and this is quite interesting.

Who is the director of Oo Torture Prema?

Srikar Krishna has written and directed Oo Torture Prema, and he says that the story is quite bold and depicts today’s women and how they are bothering young men in the name of love. He also adds that the film will have solid twists that have been executed well in the second half.

Barring the main leads, Oo Torture Prema stars Rajeev Kanakala, Srinivas, Srivani, Jabardasth Rohini, Nagee, Sidharth Varma, Vishnu Priya, and Yadamma Raju in key roles. The shooting of the film will kick-start soon, and the makers are looking to release the film by the end of this year.

Ishaq Vali is the music director and the makers say that he has already composed two songs which have turned out quite well. Prateek Nuti will edit the film, which is being made on a low budget.
