The one minute 50 second video begins with the protagonist, KP Vinod, a young medical sales representative who is being trained by his superior, played by Binu Pappu. Vinod's incapacity to close deals or reach targets at first makes it clear that he is ineffective in this line of work. Nevertheless, he manages to overcome this and succeed in the sales of a new drug called KydoXin. He soon learns that this medication is dangerous and has harmed those who have taken it. The trailer then depicts Vinod battling the pharmaceutical industry to undo the damages already done and prevent more harm. Vinod is informed about the adverse effects of this medication by Shruti Ramachandran's character, a doctor.
