Ponniyin Selvan actress Trisha has completed two decades in the film industry. The actress dropped a picture of herself along with a memento on her social media handle and wrote, "Thank you". The memento in the shape of the number 20, has a collage of some of her notable roles in the industry along with the tagline, "10 Years of Trisha Krishnan" . Trisha seems to be in absolute bliss holding the same and  the picture has won the hearts of her fans.

Trisha was first seen in Praveen Gandhi's Jodi (1999), which starred Simran and Prashanth in the lead. Trisha was seen in a supporting role as one of the friends in the film. She was later seen in a special appearance in singer Falguni Pathak's son, Meri Chunar Udd Udd Jaye along with Ayesha Takia. She later made her debut as a lead actress in Ameer's Mounam Pesiyadhe in which she teamed up opposite Suriya. The film, which also starred Nandha, hit screens on December 13, 2002.
