The first look of Pushpa 2-The Rule has taken everyone by storm. Allu Arjun's intense avatar has given this film a new high and everyone wants to know more about the sequel and when it is coming out. The shoot is happening at a brisk pace and the latest update is that a part of the sequel will be filmed in the Swabhiman Anchal area in Malkangiri district, Odisha.

The production team recently carried a recce in this area near the Andhra-Orissa border which was once dominated by CPI Maoists and is considered to be a no-go zone. The art directors of Pushpa found perfect terrain in this 900 square kilometer region and have planned to shoot a solid chase sequence where a jeep will be seen chasing a lorry.

The shoot will happen in the terrain filled areas of Hantalguda, Saptadhara and Jhulapola in Swabhiman Anchal. A lot of money is being pumped on this schedule as it is going to be one hell of an action episode and highlight in the film. One of the production managers has revealed that the shoot will start in the first week of May.

As it is the sensitive area of Maoists, the news is that the makers have even asked permission from the Malkangiri District Collector and the Superintendent of Police. The Border Security Force has also been involved to ensure that the shoot goes on peacefully. Mythri Movie Makers are the production house behind this film and they are leaving no stone unturned to make this film a never before seen action drama in Indian cinema.
