Pushpa 2 is one of the most awaited films in India. The shooting of the film is happening at a brisk pace in Hyderabad and director Sukumar just wrapped up a key schedule with Fahadh Faasil who plays the main villain in the film. Director Sukumar is making sure he is roping in noted faces even for small roles.

The buzz in the film circles is that Sukumar and his team have approached Ranveer Singh to play a cameo in the film. The news is that Ranveer Singh will be seen as a cop from north India and he will introduce the character of Pushparaj to the audience. Though this news is not yet confirmed, it has gone viral in the Tollywood media.

The small teaser and first look that was released on Allu Arjun's birthday won the hearts of many. The buzz has gone to the next level and if Ranveer Singh agrees to do a cameo, the film's craze will go to the next level for sure. Rashmika plays the female lead in this film.
