Radhe Shyam: Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer to stick to their auspicious release date

Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer Radhe Shyam has been the talk of the tinsel town since it was announced for the first time. The upcoming period romantic film marks the actor’s first role as a romantic hero in a decade, which makes it unique and watch-worthy in itself.

In the midst of the frequently changing release dates of numbers of movies across the globe due to the pandemic, the makers of the highly-anticipated romantic film have decided to stick to their prior decided release date. The Radha Krishna Kumar directorial film is scheduled to have a theatrical release in the year 2022 during the Pongal weekend, which marks one of the auspicious times of the year, especially for Tamil Nadu.

Last month, on the occasion of Janamashtmi, Pooja revealed a new poster of the forthcoming film on Instagram that features the actress playing the piano in a surreal blue gown, while her co-star can be seen lovingly watching her. The post reads, “As we celebrate Janmashtami, let Vikramaditya and Prerna teach you a new meaning of love!
Here's wishing you all a very Happy Janmashtami! #RadheShyam (sic).”
