In his early years, Ravi Teja was very versatile, dabbling with a variety of films Naa Autograph to Itlu Sravani Subrahmanyam to Sambho Siva Sambho and Neninthe. However, he has limited his repertoire to action entertainers lately. While Krack in 2021 was a hit, his Khiladi this year couldn’t make an impact at the box office. His, next, Ramarao on Duty, releases on July 29.

A new promo from the film, Mass Notice, was launched today. In the glimpse, Ravi Teja is introduce as an honest government officer, who brings light into the lives of people without making any noise. The actor in a flamboyant yet formal avatar even tells a goon, “Nenu Luckla meedha, Lotteryla meedha depend ayyevaadini kadhu. Na work meedha depend avutha.”

The one-minute promo, that also features Tanikella Bharani, Divyansha Kaushik, Rajisha Vijayan, is nothing short of a feast for action junkies, while the titular character goes about his work and teaches the wrongdoers a lesson. Sam CS’ swashbuckling background score, the slick edits and the well choreographed action-sequences set the tone for the film, two days prior to its release.

The film is written and helmed by Sarath Mandava. This is his Telugu debut as a director, after having worked across other departments in over 12 films before. Venu Thottempudi is making his comeback with the actioner that also stars Nasser, Sr Naresh, Pavitra Lokesh, ‘Sarpatta’ John Vijay, Chaitanya Krishna, Rahul Ramakrishna, Eerojullo Sree, Madhu Sudan Rao and Surekha Vani.

Produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under SLV Cinemas and RT Teamworks, Ramarao On Duty is edited by Praveen KL and has cinematography by Sathyan Sooryan. SonyLIV has grabbed the post-theatrical streaming rights. Ravi Teja’s next releases include Ravanasura and Dhamaka, directed by Sudheer Varma and Trinadha Rao Nakkina.
