Prime Video’s Rangeen out July 25, stars Viineet Kumar Siingh and Rajshri Deshpande in a darkly humorous, emotional tale of betrayal, identity, and complex human relationships.

Prime Video has released the trailer for its original series Rangeen debuting on July 25, 2025. The show, which has the support of producers Kabir Khan and Rajan Kapoor, combines comedic moments with sad ones and explores themes of emotional distress. Directed by Kopal Naithani and Pranjal Dua, Rangeen was created, written, and co-created by Amardeep Galsin and Amir Rizvi, who are also the showrunners.

Adarsh (Vineet Kumar Siingh), an ordinary middle-aged man, becomes the show's protagonist when he learns of his wife's treachery, turning his life upside down. This isn't your run-of-the-mill revenge tale; rather, it's an introspective, humorous, and emotionally complicated trip full of unexpected twists and turns.
The trailer for Rangeen shows Adarsh in a precarious situation, but the story is about more than just treachery, according to Viineet Kumar Siingh. Adarsh is a flawed, conflicted, yet sincerely good-hearted character who struck me as immediately relatable. The actor said in a statement that he was most looking forward to the opportunity to show someone dealing with betrayal and self-doubt in Rangeen without resorting to melodrama, but rather with restraint, humour, and subtle intensity. He shared that what makes the story fascinating and emotionally memorable is the sheer honesty with which it develops.

Singh continued by saying that working with Prime Video and Kabir Khan has been a truly rewarding experience. They've created an environment where genuine, original stories like Rangeen can thrive. He said that, additionally, the showrunners and authors Amir Rizvi and Amardeep Galsin did an excellent job with it. On July 25, viewers all throughout the globe will finally get to meet Adarsh and embark on this adventure with him.
Rajshri Deshpande plays Naina, Adarsh's wife, opposite him. Her character's decisions set the stage for the series' events. The actor said that the part of Rangeen is more than a twisted love story; it reflects the intricacies we have within. Her unrepentant hunger—for desire, for purpose, for something beyond the limitations imposed upon her—was what captivated her about Naina.
Deshpande also said that what she loves is that Rangeen doesn't hand out easy answers. In the series, women are allowed to be authentic—messy, searching, and terribly human—rather than reduced to labels. She added that with their courageous and emotionally nuanced perspective, Amir and Amardeep illuminated the world. Because of their conversations, she was able to let her guard down and just be Naina. The journey took on even more significance thanks to our collaboration with Prime Video and the support of Kabir Khan. Rather than merely viewing Rangeen when it premieres in July, Deshpande hopes that viewers will feel noticed.
Featuring Taaruk Raina and Sheeba Chaddha in significant parts, Rangeen is set to immerse viewers in a multi-layered emotional journey with its clever script, multi-dimensional characters, and blend of comedic and tragic moments. Prime Video will be the only place to watch the series starting July 25.
