Rashmika Mandanna is on top of her game with back-to-back hits in her kitty. She is high on the success of her latest release, Kuberaa, which has grossed over Rs 100 crore at the box office. Meanwhile, Rashmika continues to sign back-to-back films in Telugu. She has now announced a new film and stated that the title will be revealed on June 27, 2025.

Rashmika to play a warrior in her next

We have learned that the film will be directed by Rawindra Pulle, a former associate of director Hanu Raghavapudi, who made Sita Ramam and is now helming Fauji with Prabhas. His former assistant, Rawindra Pulle, narrated a big-budget story to Rashmika a few months ago, and the film has now been locked.

The first-look poster showcases Rashmika in a rustic avatar of a warrior with a fierce weapon in hand. There is news that the film is a period drama and will have extensive usage of VFX. A new-age banner, Un Formula Films, is bankrolling this film, and some noted names from Telugu cinema will be seen in key roles in this film.

The yet-untitled film is a female-centric project and will showcase Rashmika in a period avatar for the first time in her career. On the other hand, director Rawindra Pulle has also worked as a writer for Ashok Chakravarthy, which was critically acclaimed.

Apart from the above-mentioned project, Rashmika is also awaiting the release of yet another female-centric film, The Girlfriend, which has been directed by actor-turned-director Rahul Ravindran. Geetha Arts has produced the film, and it will hit theaters soon.
