Ravi Teja is in no mood to slow down. Despite delivering back-to-back flops in his career, he is signing films consecutively. He is now all set for the release of his new film Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi, which hits the screens during Sankranthi 2026.

Apart from that, he has also signed a film under the direction of Shiva Nirvana of Majili and Kushi fame, and has recently started shooting for the film in Hyderabad.

Now, as per the latest update from film circles, Ravi Teja has also okayed yet another film under the direction of Vassistha, who made his striking debut with Kalyan Ram's Bimbisara and is busy with Chiranjeevi's Vishwambhara, which is slated for release in the summer of 2026.

We spoke about the film with one of Ravi Teja's core team members, who revealed that the noted director met Ravi Teja the other day and narrated a science fiction story to the star hero. The source goes on to add that Ravi Teja loved the idea and has asked for a deatiled narration.

If everything goes as planned, the film might go on floors in the second half of 2026, once Ravi Teja wraps up his pending projects. Post the debacle of Mass Jathara, Ravi Teja has decided not do anymore mass dramas and is looking for fresh subjects.

On the other hand, the gossip in film circles is that Ravi Teja has slashed his fee considerably and is looking to collaborate with more meaningful directors who will showcase him like never before. That is the reason he is working with the likes of Kishore Tirumala, Shiva Nirvana, and now Vassistha.
