Project K is Prabhas's biggest project to date. The scientific drama is being helmed by Mahanati fame Nag Ashwin. Vyjayanthi Movies is producing this film on a budget of over 400 crores. The shooting of this film is happening in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad and legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan is also taking part in it. As per our sources, he will be seen as the renowned industrialist Ashwathama in the film. The source also adds that his character has negative shades in Project L and he is the man behind Prabhas getting into a crazy superhero kind of avatar in this film. The makers have planned the shoot schedules in a way that Amitabh's part gets wrapped up soon.

Deepika Padukone will be seen as the female lead and her superwoman look was released by the makers. The pre-production of the film took months together as everything related to the world of Project K was created from scratch. Technicians from Hollywood have been roped in for this film which will have some noted actors from all industries.
