Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar recently took to his Twitter account on Friday to conduct an "Ask Me Anything" session for his fans. Among the many questions that he received, one fan asked about his earlier meeting with Tamil superstar Suriya. Sachin replied by saying that they were both initially shy and didn't want to disturb each other, but they ended up having a great chat. He even used the hashtag #MutualAdmiration to describe their meeting.

This isn't the first time that Sachin has mentioned his admiration for Suriya. Back in February, he had posted a picture of himself with Suriya on his Twitter account, with a caption written in Tamil. "The sunrise this morning was special. It was wonderful meeting you, @Suriya_offl . Best regards," he tweeted.

In response, Suriya also posted the same picture on his Instagram page and captioned it with "Respect & Love!!". The meeting between the two legends garnered a lot of attention from fans and followers, who were thrilled to see them together.

Kanguva, a high-budget costume action drama, is currently keeping Suriya occupied with its shooting schedule. The film, helmed by director Siva and produced by KE Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green, has been creating a buzz in the film industry with pre-release business speculated to be worth over Rs 500 crore . Boasting grand visuals, this film is being made on an extravagant scale, promising to offer a visual treat to the audience.

Earlier this week, the filmmakers unveiled the title of the movie along with a motion poster, leaving fans ecstatic and eager for more.

Kanguva is expected to arrive in cinemas on Pongal. However, an official word on the same is awaited.
