Saiyaara Box Office Collection Day 7: Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda starrer Saiyaara has created history. The film is directed by Mohit Suri and has been performing more than outstanding at the box office, breaking the records of several past superhit Bollywood films. After one week, Saiyaara collected an astounding figure and is now aiming to touch the Rs. 200 crore mark.

Saiyaara Box Office Collection Update

July 25 marks the 7th day since Mohit Suri's Saiyaara hit theaters. On the 7th day, Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda's film has collected Rs. 18.75 crore. With this, Saiyaara's total box office collection becomes Rs. 172.50 crore as of now. The film is expected to reach Rs. 200 crore in the next two days.

Saiyaara has now surpassed the lifetime collections of Karan Johar's Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani, which collected Rs. 153.55 crore. The 2023 film starred Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in lead roles.

Mohit Suri pens a gratitude note for Sandeep Reddy Vanga

Recently, Mohit Suri expressed his gratitude to director Sandeep Reddy Bhangra for being the first to trust him with the film.

He wrote on Instagram, “Sandeep, @imvangasandeep thank you for being the first one to openly support and express your generous belief in Saiyaara. It meant the world coming from a filmmaker whose craft I deeply admire. I’ve always respected the raw emotion, fearlessness and intensity you bring to your stories. Saiyaara OTT release date

According to TOI, Saiyaara, which was earlier reportedly scheduled to release on OTT in September, is now targeting a Diwali 2025 OTT release following its blockbuster success in theatres.

A normal gap of eight weeks for a film to start streaming on OTT after its theatrical release is followed. As per the 8-week window rule, the film is scheduled to stream on OTT in the second week of September. But now reports suggest that the makers are in talks with Netflix to ensure a 90-day theatrical window and, therefore, are eyeing Diwali for the release.

Meanwhile, Saiyaara, directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Yash Raj Films, is the love story of a struggling musician, Krish Kapoor and a lyricist, Vaani Batra, who explore love for each other while dealing with personal struggles.
