Ever since her memorable performance in 2021’s Atrangi Re, fans have been anxiously awaiting to see Sara Ali Khan put up yet another spectacular performance on the silver screen again. The actress is in for a busy year, with a number of projects lined up for release and more in development as well. But Sara seems to have no plans of taking it slow in any way, and aims to become a better version of herself every day.

In a recent interview, Sara said that she was willing to go as far as she could in pursuit of her goals and ambitions. The young actress said that she wanted to go where no one else has been before, also adding that the only real competition she had was with herself.

“It's not about a benchmark. It's about just being better than I am every single day and so much better that I am now. Just doing my best”, she said. The actress also said that she was absolutely sure that she would be able to achieve her goals, no matter what lies in her way.

Sara had recently mentioned at an event that she had dreams to collaborate with popular filmmakers like Zoya Akhtar, Karan Johar, and Sanjay Leela Bhansali. While she wanted to play a young urban girl in Zoya’s film, she wanted to star in an emotional family film directed by Karan. She also added that she wanted to essay the role of a queen in one of Sanjay’s period films.

Sara was last seen in Aanand L. Rai’s film, Atrangi Re(2021), which also starred Akshay Kumar and Dhanush. The actress’ upcoming releases include Pawan Kripalani’s Gaslight with Vikrant Massey, Laxman Utekar’s yet to be titled film with Vicky Kaushal, and Anurag Basu’s upcoming anthology, Metro...In Dino which will see her share the screen with Aditya Roy Kapur.
