Pathaan - Shah Rukh Khan.

Siddharth Anand’s Pathaan teaser has created a storm all across. The film has become one of the most awaited and the biggest credit for that goes to its male lead, Shah Rukh Khan. The actor has pushed his limits to the extent that he doesn’t even look like someone who is reaching his 60s.

Recalling SRK’s action on Pathaan sets, Siddharth says, “Shah Rukh Khan has pushed his body to breaking point for Pathaan.” The director also recalled how he told SRK that the film will be physically challenging for him and the actor was ready for the challenge from the word go. “It shows on the screen,” Siddharth added.

The filmmaker is pleased with the kind of response Pathaan teaser has received and shared that SRK wanted to feel the adrenaline rush himself and through him, he wanted the audiences to feel that. Of course, the same has happened.

Siddharth also commended Shah Rukh for giving himself completely. He said, “The way he built his body, the insane training that he has done to pull off the extremely dangerous stunts, the dangerous terrains and climatic conditions in which he has thrown his body to and the commitment that he has shown.”

The director promises that the pain SRK endured is unbelievable. There’s just one Shah Rukh Khan and with Pathaan, Siddharth promises, people will see his intensity once again.

The movie is slated to release in theatres on January 25, 2023. The film also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in the lead roles. Pathaan’s OTT release date and platform are yet to be confirmed.
