Ask him if it’s the remake of Iratta and he says, “It’s not Iratta; it’s a totally different project.” On the probable cast, the director and if Shah Rukh Khan would be headlining the movie, Rohit says, “I am not at liberty to reveal any more details about the movie.”

Shah Rukh Khan is expected to complete the shoot of Jawan by the end of March. The final two days of shoot of the Atlee directorial that will be on March 25 and 26 in Mumbai, will have all actors including Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara as part of the schedule.

Meanwhile, Rohit is gung-ho about Iratta’s OTT release. “Only a limited audience had watched the movie when it was released in theatres last month. When it releases on an OTT platform such as Netflix, it will be watched by more people. So, I am thrilled about that.”

The movie, which is also scripted by the director, has Joju essaying a double role for the first time in his career. Iratta revolves around the investigation of a murder of a police officer by his twin brother, only to reveal the haunting truth that would shatter both their lives.

Apart from Joju, the movie also has Anjali, Sabumon Abdusamad, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Srinda, Arya Salim and Manoj KU in pivotal roles.
