After a four-year absence, superstar Shah Rukh Khan is returning to the big screen, and anticipation is at an all-time high. Beginning at 6:00 a.m. Siddharth Anand's spy thriller will be shown across India in premium formats. Deepika Padukone plays a spy in the movie, and John Abraham plays the main antagonist.

Due to the exceptional audience demand, Yash Raj Films (YRF) has opted to screen Pathaan in premium formats such IMAX 2D, CGV 4DX 2D, D-BOX 2D, PVR P[XL] and CGR ICE 2D, according to the Times of India.

Early predictions predict that Pathaan would have a phenomenal opening and make between Rs 35 and Rs 40 crore from advance reservations. The figures are anticipated to rise even further in the days leading up to the movie's premiere. The remarkable bookings and the film's advance numbers are bringing happiness back to the business after a difficult 2022 with few successes. Meanwhile, up to 2 lakh tickets were sold on day one after Pathaan's advance booking began on January 20, five days before the film's release. It is anticipated that the film would bring in huge box office collections.

Recently, the famous Gaiety theatre in Mumbai, which is a part of the G7 multiplex, announced the first early morning screening of the movie in its five-decade-old history at 9 am. Not surprisingly, that particular show soon reached full.

Backed by Yash Raj Films and directed by Siddharth Anand, Pathaan also stars Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, Ashutosh Rana, Gautam Rode and Dimple Kapadia. It is releasing in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi on January 25.
