Namita Thapar of Emcure Pharmaceuticals gained fame as the "shark" who frequently stepped out after hearing the pitch following the first season of Shark Tank India. In fact, Namita's reasons for pulling out of a deal inspired numerous social media memes, but it appears that Namita has identified some intriguing offers on this season of Shark Tank India, as she is the show's biggest investor so far.

After three weeks of the show's broadcast, Namita has established herself as the biggest investor with a 7.32 crore investment. Aman Gupta of boAt Electronics, who has invested Rs. 5.17 crore, is next to her.

Peyush Bansal of Lenskart comes in second place with an investment of Rs 4.8 crore in the first three weeks, followed by Anupam Mittal of People Group with Rs 3.18 crore. Vineeta Singh, the owner of Sugar Cosmetics, who missed the third week's panel, has put in Rs 2.95 crore. Additionally, Cardekho's Amit Jain, who missed the first two weeks of the panel, invested Rs 2.36 crore.

In the meantime, the audience has been enjoying Shark Tank India 2's solid success. The reality show is judged by sharks Anupam Mittal (Founder and CEO of Shaadi.com - People Group), Aman Gupta (Co-Founder and CMO of boAt), Namita Thapar (Executive Director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals), Vineeta Singh (Co-Founder and CEO of SUGAR Cosmetics), Peyush Bansal (Founder & CEO of Lenskart.com), along with new shark - Amit Jain CEO and Co-founder -- (CarDekho Group, InsuranceDekho.com.
