Sirai, the 2025 Tamil crime drama starring Vikram Prabhu is all set to make its OTT debut. As reported by us earlier, ZEE5 has bagged the post-theatrical streaming rights of the film. Now, it is official that Sirai will premiere on the platform on January 23. You can also watch Sirai via OTTplay Premium.

The 2025 Tamil film Sirai which is based on real events and explores the lesser-known police procedural, will be streaming very soon. The Vikram Prabhu-starrer will release on ZEE5 on January 23. Subscribers of OTTplay Premium can also stream the film very soon.

The film is directed by debutant filmmaker Suresh Rajakumari, who has also co-written the screenplay, based on a story by director Tamizh who made Taanakkaran. Sirai had released in theatres on December 25 and opened to positive reviews from critics. A police procedural drama, Sirai revolves around an escort cop who has to take a young man Abdul and produce him to the court for a murder case. The film details their journey and the backstory of Abdul who is expecting justice in his case.

Who is the team of Sirai?

The film stars Vikram Prabhu, LK Akshay Kumar, Anishma Anilkumar, and Anantha Thambiraja in key roles. Sirai marks the debut film of Akshay Kumar. Notably, this film also reunites Vikram Prabhu with director Tamil after their earlier collaboration in Taanakkaran.
