Ahead of the release of Spider-Man: No Way Home Sony Pictures Entertainment and Marvel Entertainment unveiled the first look video of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (Part One). The first instalment, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, which was released in 2018, has been touted as one of the best films made about the superhero, and fans have been awaiting the sequel with bated breath. Now they can watch it after four years since its release, and the wait is indeed long.

In the first look teaser, Miles Morales, aka Spider-Man (voiced by Shameik Moore) is in trance mode inside his room when Gwen Stacy, aka Spider-Woman (voiced by Hailee Steinfeld), barges in from another universe. She asks him to go on an adventure, but Morales says he is grounded. Thus, Stacy asks him if Spider-Man is grounded. They both go across the Spider-Verse in a two-minute-29-second-long video, and it will leave you excited for sure.

Miles Morales returns for the next chapter of the Oscar-winning Spider-Verse saga, an epic adventure that will transport Brooklyn's full-time, friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man across the Multiverse to team up with Gwen Stacy and a new team of Spider-People to take on a villain more powerful than anything they have ever faced.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (Part One) has been directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson. While the film also features the voice of Oscar Isaac as Miguel O'Hara aka Spider-Man 2099. The actor is also making his Marvel debut as an actor with the Disney+ series Moon Knight which will stream in 2022.

Phil Lord, Christopher Miller and David Callaham have penned the screenplay of the animated film produced by Avi Arad, Amy Pascal, Phil Lord, Christopher Miller and Christina Steinberg.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (Part One) will be released in theatres on October 7, 2022.
