Spirit is one of the most awaited films in recent times, and it finally went on floors a few days ago. Speaking at an event, Prabhas revealed that he has started shooting for his part and described the experience as surreal. He also called Sandeep Reddy Vanga a cult director for today’s generation.

The latest update is that Sandeep Reddy Vanga is all set to reveal the first-look glimpse of the film on the occasion of New Year’s Day, January 1, 2026. Fans are eagerly waiting to see what special teaser or poster featuring Prabhas will be unveiled.

The Baahubali star is playing a cop for the first time in his career, which is one of the major reasons for the massive hype surrounding the film among fans and the general audience. The makers are leaving no stone unturned and are spending a hefty amount on this action drama.

The shooting is currently taking place at a women’s college in Hyderabad, where key scenes involving Prabhas and a few students are being filmed by Sandeep Vanga.

Spirit was initially scheduled to go on floors by mid-2025, but the shoot was delayed as Prabhas was busy with multiple projects and also suffered a knee injury that sidelined him for a few months.

Tripti Dimri plays the female lead in the film, marking her second collaboration with Sandeep Vanga after Animal. Sandeep Vanga and Bhushan Kumar are jointly backing the film, which is being made in Telugu and will later be dubbed into Hindi and other languages.
