But fate has a shocking surprise in store for him. Nara Rohith stars as Siddharth with Virti Vaghani playing Ira. Sridevi Vijaykumar also appears in a key role, which brings in the twist in the tale.

After two back-to-back thrillers of L2 Empuraan and Thudarum, Mohanlal was back with a feel-good film this year. The Malayalam superstar also reunited with the veteran filmmaker Sathyan Anthikad after more than 10 years. Mohanlal plays Sandeep, who bonds with the family of the donor after he has a heart transplant. Sangeeth Pratap brings much humor to the film, which also features Malavika Mohanan, Sangita Nair, Lalu Alex, and Janardhanan, among others.
