Tadap is finally set to stream on OTT. The film, which was released in theatres in December 2021, will be streaming on Disney+ Hotstar on January 28, 2022. The announcement was made by the OTT platform, followed by the leading actors. For the uninitiated, Tadap is the Hindi remake of the hit Telugu film RX 100 which was released in 2018.

While making the announcement, the official Instagram page of Disney+ Hotstar shared the poster and wrote, "Get ready to witness Ishana and Ramisa's daring love story. #Tadap starts streaming from January 28th. #FoxStarStudios @ahan.shetty @tarasutaria #SajidNadiadwala @milan.a.luthria @rajat__aroraa @ipritamofficial @wardakhannadiadwala @nadiadwalagrandson @foxstarhindi @tseries.official #TadapOnHotstar."

In Tadap Ishana meets Ramisa, a foreign returned student, in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand. Ishana falls madly in love with her as their passionate romance develops, but things do not go as planned. What appeared to be a simple relationship is rocked by an unexpected storm. Nothing is going well for the star-crossed lovers. When everything seems to be coming to an end, Ishana is met with yet another draconian obstacle. The soul of this incredible love story is formed by how he copes with it.

Earlier, while talking to OTTplay, Ahan revealed what made him say his to Tadap. The newcomer shared that he was smitten by the story and the character. He believes his character, Ishaana, has two completely different personalities, and it's almost as if he is playing two characters. That was something that intrigued the actor.

Ahan believes that when he challenges himself, he brings out the best in himself. He concentrated on no particular genre, whether it was an action film, a romantic film, a comedy, or a drama; his focus was on his performance. But he believes he got all of that with the RX 100 remake.

Tadap is directed by Milan Luthria and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.
