Thalapathy Vijay loved Kaathal The Core – Mammootty’s Abraham Ozler co-star Jayaram makes major revelations

Jayaram, who recently opened up about his Abraham Ozler co-star Mammootty, revealed that the megastar’s recent outing Kaathal The Core impressed Thalapathy Vijay.

Jayaram, the senior Malayalam actor reunited with megastar Mammootty after quite a long gap, for his latest outing Abraham Ozler. The Midhun Manuel Thomas directorial features the renowned actor in the titular role, while the megastar made a special appearance in the film. In a recent interview with a leading media, Jayaram opened up about working with Mammootty after a long gap, and extensively spoke about how the veteran actor’s recent films are being received in other industries.

Interestingly, Jayaram, who is set to share the screen with Thalapathy Vijay in The Greatest Of All Time, revealed that the actor follows the Malayalam film industry closely. According to the Abraham Ozler actor, Vijay recently watched Mammootty’s path-breaking film Kaathal The Core, which is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video. According to Jayaram, the celebrated crowd puller of the Tamil film industry enjoyed the film and stated that he loved the attempt.

Earlier in an interview, Jayaram had revealed that Thalapathy Vijay enquired about the star cast of Abraham Ozler, and was very happy to know Mammootty is a part of the film. The senior actor revealed that Vijay is quite excited to see the megastar’s choice of films. The Leo actor reportedly stated that Mammootty is quite unpredictable as an actor, and his film choices in recent times prove the same. According to Jayaram, Vijay also stated that he is going to watch Abraham Ozler very soon.

Mammootty’s role in Abraham Ozler

For the uninitiated, the megastar of Malayalam cinema played an extended cameo appearance in the Midhun Manuel Thomas directorial, which has now emerged as a major success. Even though the makers of the Jayaram starrer tried their best to keep Mammootty’s cameo in the film a secret, his pictures from the location of the film went viral on social media. Later, they dropped a major hint on his addition to the project with the trailer. Abraham Ozler team thanked Mammootty for joining the project, by revealing his character on the release day itself.
