The movie is making its digital debut two months after its theatrical premiere. It has now been confirmed that Thalavara will be accessible to watch on the popular OTT platform from 12 am on Wednesday (October 29) with English subtitles. Arjun’s another latest film, Sumathi Valavu, is streaming on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium in multiple languages. On the other hand, Lokah: Chapter 1 - Chandra will release on JioHotstar and OTTplay Premium from October 31. A Malayalam anthology, Madhuram Jeevamrutha Bindu, will also be available on Saina Play on the same date.

Thalavara plot and other details

The movie, which was presented by acclaimed director Mahesh Narayanan, opened in theatres on August 22. It was praised for telling a touching story about a youngster with vitiligo who is constantly full of hope. Jyothish, who comes from a lower-class family, is the main character of the film. His mother is constantly dissatisfied with her children's lack of success because his father was unable to fulfil his dream of being a movie star. In the midst of all, Jyothish has been fighting against both his own and society's opinion of him. The main focus of the movie is how he must get over all of his fears in order to succeed in life.

Akhil Anilkumar is the director of Thalavara. In addition to Ashokan, Devadarshini Chetan, Sharath Sabha, Ashwath Lal, Athira Mariam, and Abhiram Radhakrishnan, the film stars Revathy Sarma as the female lead. The film, written by Akhil Anilkumar, is set in a small town in Palakkad. Along with Appu Aslam, Akhil Anilkumar co-wrote the screenplay.
