Harshvardhan Rane has paired up with Punjab’s popular actress Sonam Bajwa to portray a fierce tale of romance and rage. After Sanam Teri Kasam fans are quite excited to witness Harshvardhan’s onscreen magic in the genre. According to Sacnilk’s report, Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat has collected Rs 1.38 crore in the advance booking for the opening day (without block seats). The numbers are quickly changing, and the Milap Zaveri directorial is off to a promising start for its Day 1. For the unversed, Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat comes from the visionary director of Satyameva Jayate 2 and Marjaavaan. Milap is also recognised for his notable contribution as a writer in multiple hits like Heyy Babyy, Kaante, Houseful, Ek Villain, and others.

Both the films are expected to open with good numbers on October 21, keeping in mind the festive week of Diwali. While Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat has sold more than 50k tickets, Thamma doubled the numbers with 115455 tickets sold across India. Cinephiles are split between the genres of romance and horror-comedy, as one is a tale of vampires and its chaos, and the other is an intense love story.
