The Bad Batch season 2.

Story:

Crosshair is on a mission. Will he survive The Empire?

Review:

The Bad Batch season 2 episode 12 begins with a new chapter. Crosshair is seen in the episode this time around and the story around him builds very slowly. His story gets interesting, thanks to the music but again, the pace doesn’t work in his favour. You are constantly wondering what will happen with him, though.

The episode is nothing but a drag. Most of the series, on top of it, is too dark to be able to understand it. The action in this episode though, is constant. That is somewhat a good thing because it gives you the Star Wars vibe.

Crosshair somehow makes it, on the show as well as in terms of impression. Mayday, too, is a treat to watch but only to an extent. What could’ve been one scene gets extended into an episode.

Things get intense this time. Just when you get curious about what would happen next, the episode comes to an end.

The Bad Batch aka Omega, Hunter, Tech and Wrecker are not there in this episode and they were surely missed. This one is an intense episode.

Verdict:

The episode is extremely hard to follow. There is action and intensity but most of it is in the dark. The episode could have been one scene which makes it not that worthy of a watch.
